Serving Our Community: A Day with the West Fresno Boys & Girls Club

At Affinity Truck Center, community isn’t just a value—it’s a commitment. This August, our team had the privilege of spending an unforgettable afternoon with the incredible kids at the West Fresno Boys & Girls Club.

We were invited to a friendly volleyball match at their club, and let’s just say the competition was fierce—but the laughter and camaraderie were even better. The kids brought their A-game and our team had a blast playing, cheering, and connecting with them.

But the day wasn’t just about sports. In the spirit of giving back, we also delivered a collection of school supplies donated by our employees. From notebooks and backpacks to markers and calculators, these supplies will help equip students for a successful school year. It was a small gesture with a big impact—and a reminder of how much we can accomplish when we come together.

Volunteering at the West Fresno Boys & Girls Club is always a rewarding experience. Whether it’s mentoring or simply showing up to play a game, every moment spent with these young leaders is a chance to invest in the future of our community. We’re proud to support the Club’s mission to provide a safe, positive space for youth to grow, learn, and thrive.
